3.1 Communication Channels

We may communicate with you through email, SMS, in-platform notifications, phone calls, and messaging applications (such as WhatsApp or similar services) regarding account registration and security, shipment status and documentation, payments and settlements, customer support and disputes, and important service or policy updates. Certain communications are essential for service delivery and cannot be opted out of.

3.2 Marketing Communications

Where permitted by law, we may send non-essential communications such as platform updates, feature announcements, and service offerings or logistics insights. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time.

3.3 Recording & Monitoring

Where permitted by applicable law, communications (including calls, messages, and emails) may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

4. Social Media & External Platforms

Information may be shared between Freight Forwarders, Logistics Service Providers (LSPs), Beneficial Cargo Owners (BCOs), and platform administrators. Strict role-based access controls apply.

  • Regulatory or law enforcement authorities (where legally required)

We do not sell personal data to third parties.
